Milford School Dental Clinic appreciates support given

It has been an exciting year for the Milford School Dental Clinic.

Our school-based dental clinic has been very fortunate this year. In May, we received a generous donation from the Milford Rotary Club. Milford Rotary Club has supported us in the past. So we are very grateful for their confident and continued support. A special thank you to Nancy and Paul Amato for their generous gift.

In September, the Northeast Delta Dental Foundation granted our clinic with their support, as well. The North­east Delta Dental Foundation gave us a very charitable donation that will benefit the children of the Milford School District. They are also previ­ous supporters of our clinic.

Oral Health America donated seal­ant materials and fluoride varnish. This is the first time Oral Health Amer­ica has supported our clinic, so we are excited for their thoughtful generosity.

With the help of these charitable organizations, we will be able to provide preventive dental care within the schools. Maple Brook Dental and Family Dental Care provided over $3,000 worth of restorative care to the patients of our clinic. Maple Brook Dental is kind enough to provide two pro bono cases. Family Dental gives our students a discount on services.

Our clinic would not be able to do our job without all these gracious sponsors. We greatly appreciate that all of you are willing to stand by our important mission for the children in the Milford School District.
