Albert M. Pelchat, 87, resident of Goffstown, NH died on January 21, 2018 at the Hillsborough County Nursing Home, Goffstown, NH.

He was born in Milford, NH on October 22, 1930, a son of Alfred J. and Regina (Vallier) Pelchat.

He resided at the Hillsborough County Nursing Home for more than 40 years where he was a greeter, enjoyed visiting the other residents and staff members and always maintained a wonderful sense of humor.

Albert was predeceased by four brothers and a sister, Alfee Pelchat, Robert Pelchat, Henry Pelchat, Lionel Pelchat and Marion Hartson.

Family members include four brothers and sisters-in-law, Adrian & Yvonne Pelchat of Nashua, NH, Richard & Joyce Pelchat of Amherst, NH, Raymond & Linda Pelchat of Milford, NH, Roger & Sandy Pelchat of Florida and a sister, Regina Baldini of Arizona; many nieces and nephews.

There are no calling hours. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday, January 25th at 11:00 am in Saint Patrick Church, 34 Amherst Street, Milford, NH. Burial will be in Saint Patrick Cemetery, Amherst, in the spring. Arrangements are in the care of Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford.
